repeat problem with mortgage co.

refinanced our home in nov.2000. each month our payment is sent in on time. each month since we have attained this loan we receive phone calls from them stating they did not receive payment. each month we have to order copies of cancelled checks showing that they were paid on time. The last several months our mortgage statement shows exactly when they received our payments but yet they will still call and state they have not received them and we once again have to order cancelled checks. this happens month after month. is there anything I can do legally to put a stop to this?

Send a certifed rrr letter explaining the issues directly to the President of the mortgage company. It is apparent that there is a communication problem in the company mortgage servicing and collections dept.
