What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

Is commiting(by children) and being included in criminal activity(by parents) grounds for a call to DCF?

The police have been called numerous times for harrassment, threats, and theft but to no avail. I want these children out of my neighborhood because I am scared of them and their parents but I don't want to call DCF and take away their valuable time if this is no reason for them to remove children from the home.

Why don't you keep your relevant question all in one thread and mark them 1.2.3.

It really appears like you're littering the board.

Sorry, I posted the first one and was told to move it to a different forum, and the second one I couldn't find to add on to. Will take note.

I also want to add that these people are in a long eviction process and are known to be professional squatters and will not leave. Their son told me (he is in the 4th grade) that he was going to throw poisoned steaks over my fence and kill my dogs. I called the police and since I had no witnesses and they denied it, there was nothing that could be done.
