My name is Stacy and I live in Texas, Atascosca county. We live on 40 acres & the land next to us was just bought last year. The man who bought it made a road right next to ours and when he hired the bull doser operator he knocked down all of the fenceing and now the road next to us has cars driving up and down and they can easily cross over to our land and rob us blind. I should say our road is a privete and 1 1/2 miles long and we are at the very end...one way in and out. I would like to know how do I get the guy to replace the fence that was up to begin with. This guy is sort of snob and I dont want to have to deal with him if at all possible. If anyone can help me please!!!
Thank you:) Stacy Woods

I think you need to get an attorney. If he knocked something down on your property, he should be responsible for repairing it. But then again, I'm not an attorney. :) Good luck - you need your fence back!

You should have called the police and filed a report.
You can still do this. Then send a demand letter to the property owner to correct the problem. Sue the land owner if you need to.
