What is the name of your state? Arizona - If I wanted to replace my current will, will my new will have to state that any prior wills are now null invoid or does the will with the most current date be used? Any and all information is welcomed.

Why don't you see an attorney and have him/her draft your new will to ensure that it is done correctly? This is a VERY important document.
