we had had problems when we first started paying our payements to the bank -i had written a check (even more than the required payement) on time -never late (this was 2 years ago) they tried then to say we we were not making payements-they served papers on us then--but i had the cancelled checks-- so i thought if we let them debit our checking account directly it would solve the problem--but every month i still received a need to pay notice-would take the notice to the bank and they would say "don't worry its been paid" "dont pay attention to these when you get them--one time they debited my account for 2 payements in on month i had checks bounceing everywhere--and as for checking the bank statements my husband and mother has both been sick--i guess i was not paying attention--so now i pay for it
