I was served with a foreclosure suit by The Association for my condominum complex.
I filed an Answer, Special Defenses and a Counterclaim.

1.Does the Plaintiff still only have 15 days to file a reply? If so...

2. Will my "Motion for Nonsuit for Failure to Plead" automatically be granted?
