My truck was repo by the bank I have a cosigner / co- owner.the bank told me that I could catch up the payment and get my truck back within 10 days, but instead they gave it to the cosigner the day after it was repoed along with all my personal property.what can I do?

Apparently your cosigner had as much right to catch up on the payments and get the truck back.

Talk to your cosigner about getting your personal property back. The repo is no longer the issue.
