What is the name of your state? oh

if you are driving from your home to a clients house, along with clients house to home can you report that on your mileage logs. Also, is mileage reimbursement taxed?

You can deduct the mileage if the client's house is not your regular place of work. Reimbursement is not taxable if it occurs under an accountable plan, where you submit a mileage log (or some other evidence of actual miles driven) to your employer.

The client is the only one i have, she is a 40 hr./wk account. Mileage logs are submitted to employer. Employer does not take any taxes out, i'm responsible to report.

It sounds like the transportation to and from the client site in this case would not be deductible: you have no other work and the location is in the same metropolitan area as your home?
