My truck was repossesed bank one auctioned it off and said i owe 19,000.00 dollars. I want to know if I own 2 houses can they put a lien on the one that i'm renting out.
I have a mortgage on the one i'm renting out also.

Yes, they can place liens on your property - AFTER they sue you and get a judgment.
