I am in the state of NC, my car is financed with a major bank that just merged. I went through bankrutpcy a few months ago and my car was discharged. However, I have been making the payment on it rather than turning it in because I have not had the money to buy another car. Well, now I am ready, and I have not made a payment on my car in about two months. Does anyone know how long will it be before they come and pick it up??
