What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania,
:( Due to finances being strained I was short on my Septembers payment by 30.00and my Octobers payment by 25.00, I paid Novembers payment + 10.00 and Decembers payment +5 dollars. I received a letter in December stating that my payment was seriously past due. I called my car company and they said that i made my Novembers payment in December after about 20 minutes and my receipts they explained to me that because i was still 40.00 short it was looking like i missed a payment they fixed it up and (and because i lost my job 2 weeks before Christmas) they offered to forgive me Januarys payment. I stated no that I had my payment and the 40.00 that I was short. but if they could forgive me Februarys payment that would be great cause I would not get my income tax refund till after my car payment due date. So they faxed me a form forgave me February’s payment and helped me out. However it seems that with all the confusion they had a repo request out in December, that they either forgot to recall or the repo company forgot to check up on. Either way someone came for my car. I called the finance company and they stated to me 3 times no they did not reposes my car, and to call the police. I called the police and the police called my finance company and was told about the old repo request and that they were looking into it from December. The thing is my car was dragged out of here (my car has front breaks) and dragged for miles scrapping the front of my Bonneville (this car has a low front) leaving marks on the road from my car and rubber marks from my front tires and when the rubber marks disappear I guess that is when my breaks finally gave way you could follow my break fluid another couple of miles down the road. This does not even mentioning that they opened the hood of my 1977 firebird parked in my driveway and entered my other car (89 firebird parked in front of my 77) put the keys in it (keys were left in the visor, car not running) and tried to start it and when they couldn't they hit it with my car (the Bonneville the one they towed) while pulling it out. What can I do about the damages caused by this? Who is liable my finance company or the repo company. My front breaks are shot maybe rotors, rods, ball joints, my front tires tore up, front end tore up, left side looks twisted and side scrapped when they hit my 89 firebird. :eek:What is the name of your state?
