What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? wisconsin
I had a vechicle repossesed about 8 yrs ago and a judgement against me which has been turned over to a collection agency. It currently is about $10,000. Recently I have been given a 1 yr old vehicle worth about $18,000 as a gift, can it also be repossesed to satisfy the debt?

Contact the court house in which the judgment is entered. You'll need the date of commencement .

You post is too ambiguous to reply in accuracy.
1: Was the original vehicle repo'd due to a previous debt owed ? Not necessarily a car loan but some other creditor debt?
2: Was it a default judgment?
3: Research for yourself the length of duration for Judgments in Wisconsin. Google works well!
4: Based solely on your limited details , I will give a limited response on your gifted car- Yep! it can be repo'd if the judgment is still active and debt is still being accured.
