What is the name of your state? California.

Does anybody have any links or knowledge regarding who can represent a deceased patient at a Medi-Cal/Medicaid hearing if the claimant dies before the appeal date - can it be "an interested party".

thanks.

What did the Medi-Cal/Medicaid people say when you asked them your question?

I would suspect it would need to be a lawyer or personal representative of the estate. (If the claimant wins, then a payment will have to be made to somebody and they will probably want it to be to an estate or to heirs.)
