What is the name of your state? OREGON

OVER CHRISTMAS WEEKEND SOMEBODY STOLD COMPUTER FROM MY WORK. PRIOR TO THIS IVE BEEN WORKING AT THIS COMPANY FOR A YEAR. I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY FROM WORK, I CONSTANTLY GET PULLED OVER BY THE LOCAL POLICE. GOING TO WORK, GOING HOME, GOING TO LUNCH AND EVEN RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY WORK PLACE. WHEN THEY SEE ME AND MY LONG HAIR THEY GET EXCITED MAKE A UTURN AND MAKE UP A REASON TO PULL ME ACCUSE ME OF BEING ON POT, NEVER GIVE ME A CITATION AND SEND ME ON MY WAY. WELL BACK TO THE COMPUTER, I DID NOT STEAL THIS COMPUTER AND NOBODY KNOWS WHO DID. MY EMPLOYER FILED A POLICE REPORT AND THE POLICE WANTED TO INTERVIEW EMPLOYEES. SOON AS I WENT INTO THE INTERVIEW I NOTICED IT IS ONE OF THE POLICE OFFICERS THAT MESSES WITH ME. RIGHT OFF THE BAT I COULD HE THINKS I WAS THE ONE THAT DID IT. A FEW DAYS LATER HE COMES BACK AND READS ME MY RIGHTS AND THEN QUESTION ME ON MY CRIMINAL RECORD. HE ASKED ME ABOUT AN INCIDENT THAT HAPPENED IN 1985 WHEN I WAS 17 I HAD BOUGHT A STEREO THAT HAD BEEN STOLEN HE THEN ASKED ME IF I STILL DRINK ALOT. HE THEN TOLD ME HE WAS FILING WITH THE DA. I THEN WENT AND TALKED TO MY BOSS AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE COP SAID HE SUSPECTS THAT MY HOUSE IS A DRUG HOUSE AND EXPOSED MY CRIMINAL RECORD TO MY EMPLOYER. DEC.11TH 2004 I HAD MY 1 YEAR REVIEW AND WAS GIVEN A 3% RAISE OUT OF A POSSIBLE 4%. MY BOSS TOLD ME I HAD AN EXCELLENT REPUTATION WITH THE COMPANY THAT KNOWN ALL THE WAY TO MINNESOTA. HE ALSO TOLD ME I WAS AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY ALONG WITH OTHER HIGH RANKING EMPLOYEES. NOW I DONT WHICH DAY WILL BE MY LAST DAY. NEED HELP.

First thing you got to do is calm down.

Keep in mind that anything a cop say could be a lie to trigger you off.

Wait untill there is a formal charge then seek council. Do not say anything (this maybe diffilcult base on your feelings) until you speak to a lawyer. The cop is hoping you can not keep control of your emotions.

Be cooooooooooool ! :)
