What is the name of your state? California
What happens if a motion for Request for Admissions deemed admitted as evidence is Granted to the plaintiff?
What happens next in this situation?
Will a request for summary judgment be in order using the admissions as evidence to end the case?
Thanks for your time

If the admissions prove every element necessary to support the claim, including the extent and amount of damages, yes. If, however, they were not carefully drafted to show an entitlement to recovery, the case continues.

If they do show entitlement to judgment, file a motion for summary judgment.
