What is the name of your state? Ohio, this is a Federal Case

Can FRCP Rule 36, Requests for Admission, be directed upon a specific individual, if the specific individual is member of a corporation, and the corporation is a party in the proceeding?

No, the admissions go to the other party. If you want to get "facts" from an employee, notice their deposition and start asking questions.
