What is the name of your state? Ohio, This is a Federal Case...

In the creation of documents with-held by claim of privilege, what are the requirements of what disclosure within this "Log"?

Example:

Fifty items are listed as being withheld under claim of privilege. The itemized list is prefaced by stating the items itemized within the list are withheld do to either the Atty/Client Priv, or Work Product. This appears to be meaningless, as it would appear reasonable to identify which privilege is claimed for each item claimed.

What information must/should be included in the identification of each item being claimed as privilged? Date? Who from/title? to/title? Title? nature of the communication? Identification of the location/source it was withheld from? etc etc. ...

ALWAYS ask the court for an "in camera" inspection of the documents. You would do this through a motion to compel production.
