Ok, my gf got a mailed “notice” for her subpoena, but has not been served. She is scheduling with the Sheriffs office to be served tomorrow, Wednesday. The proposed date for the deposition is this Friday. She has already informed …her:rolleyes: …lawyer via telephone that she will not be able to make it on Friday.

The subpoena was apparently sent to the lawyers office signed and sealed by the court clerk, and then had the blanks filled in by the lawyer. The clerk’s office has no record of the subpoena on my file.

Does there need to be written notice of the need to reschedule? I haven't been able to find anything in the rules about it.
