I apologize for any duplicity, it was certainly unintended. I did a search on rescind and rescission before I posted my question. I guess I missed something if you have answered this before.

Thank you for your response. I know there is a provision in the PA statutes that a divorce can be rescinded if it's within a certain amount of time. I think it's one year. I just didn't know if NY had similar provisions.

You cannot rescind a divorce in Pennsylvania. You can rescind (or attempt to rescind) a divorce agreement. But you still remain divorced.
