california. the d.a trying to revoke my probation and resentence me three more years. in 9/98 i was place on 3 year probation and order to pay by way of wage garnishment a monthly sum 343.00. 7/99 wage garnishment was reduce to 243 a month. 10/99 the d.a suspend my license for failure to pay. court trusee records shows that i havn't miss a payment but the d.a refuse to release my license. 10/2000 the d.a sent me a notice stating that i was in violation for not paying full amount of 343 a month. call and was told that they never reduce the amount. call my job and ask them to raise it back to 343. 8/2001 summons to court for failure to pay monthly agreement and full amount. went to court trusee office and receive a copy of payment. it shows i havn't miss not one payment. call my job and ask for all the paper work the d.a sent them. i found one order requesting that my wage assignment be reduce to 243 and as soon next payroll cycle 7/99. the d.a has issue default judgement,bench warrant, guard card license,driver license be put out/remove from me and in every case the d.a was in the wrong. how can i stop them.

p.s they now raised my amount to 456 a month. that and health insurance leaves me with 219 a month to live on. my net income is 847 a month.

Contact the attorney who represented you when you got placed on probation. That attorney should be able to get you a modification of the terms of your probation to reduce the payments.
