my stepmother and father are getting a divorce. i have recently graduated college and want to move back into the family home. my father says that i can but my stepmother says that i cannot. because they are getting a divorce my father moved out about three months ago. this home has always been my mailing address although i have not lived there for about a year. can i legally move back in since i will have no place to live in about two weeks?
