Illinois Question

Hello World,

I have a question I purchased a Town Home back in 2005 and lived there for about 3 years. I then moved out (moved in with my wife) well either way since I couldn't afford to sell the town-house (real-estate bubble burst) I continued making payments to my mortgage and town house association on a empty house. Well about 2 years ago, I had my younger sister move into the house, and she mis-manged it so much that I ended up being summoned to court because of $2,500 dollars in fee's that she owed the Town house association. (she received all the mail to the property, since she lived there I had no idea till it was a court summons) I didn't have the money they wanted me to pay them and they won a RESIDENTIAL FORCIBLE ENTRY AND DETAINER (POSSESSION AND MONEY JUDGMENT) against me. This was back in July, I kicked my sister out that same month. The house was empty again this month the association, placed an eviction notice and changed the locks. I don't know what options I have, I don't ever plan to live there anymore, but if i have no chance to re-gain ownership of the property, then foreclosure might be my only option. I am so confused.

Thanks
