Hello: My parents switched providers for electricity form the local company to a Solar Energy company. The salesman promised them they would not only save a certain amount each year but they also would have energy left over that would be resold with some of the monies sent to them. They signed a contract based on these beliefs on 2 of their residences and several neighbors did as well.. The results were nothing near what was promised so my parents cancelled the service and asked for the solar panels to be removed. They have been getting put off for a length of time. Any advice on where to turn, if anywhere, would be appreciated.
