i have been living in a house in phx,az for over one year now with no written agreement. i clean house in exchange for living arangements , my room and use of the other parts of the house,i am female and other party who owns house is male we have never had any kind of intimacy all though he has made jestures which i have continuely refused. just in the last month he has become very demanding, since i will not submiss to his wanting to control me he has giving me a letter in which states i am to start paying him 10.00 a week in addition to the 5 hours of cleaning i do a week he gave me 2 weeks in which i am to do this, i did not i said he should give me 30 days before he increases rent and he did not give me this rent increase in form of written letter. two weeks ago he locked me out of the laundry room so i can only do laundry when he is home he also does not allow me any room to store my stuff outside of my room. when i moved in i had access to laundry etc. that was part of agreement. now to contol he makes up new rules as he goes along or gives me 5 days to move . i have no where to go right away or i would love to move. can he do this to me and do i have any rights even though we have no written agreement.

You are a typical woman......you aint got no money so you trade services for rent.

Now he wants sex from you....I dont see a problem here, unless you dont want to.

Why not do something really really bright and GET A JOB, and find a place where YOU pay the rent.

Ummmmmmm i guess you never though about that..

can we say ho ho ho.....
