What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
Are there any laws in Texas divorce laws that state parties of the divorce may not reside together before or after a divorce? We have two children and would like to raise them together.

There is no law, in any state (with perhaps the exception of North Carolina) that says that you cannot live together while, or after divorcing. However, it is not necessarily a healthy arrangement for any of the parties, including the children and could have the possibility, depending on how you present yourselves to the outside world, of you ending up in a common law marriage with the other party.

Why even divorce if you want to remain living together and raising the children together?
