what happens when someone has already resigned his commission and is awating paper work but gets another NJP or court martial? can the resignation be placed on hold? can the person be held in pretrial confinement?
what is the maximun punishment the can be imposed? taken into consideration that no felonies have been committed, only things such as conduct unbecomming, dui, driving without a license, etc...

taken into consideration that no felonies have been committed, only things such as conduct unbecomming, dui, driving without a license, etc...Excuse me? Sleep on that comment. The answer is "YES", they can court martial him. He has not received his official notice, and the military still own's him.
