Resisting and Minor

What is the name of your state? Indiana
Last year I was arrested for Resisting Law enforcement, and then about 2 months after that I was given a Minor Consumption ticket. Now I just got put on probation for the Minor Consumption charge last week and next month im supposed to be put on Pre-Trial Diversion for resisting law enforcement charge. Will the the minor consumption probation affect the diversion program?

This might have looked a little confusing but my question was will my Minor Consumption be in violation because Pre-Trial Diversion or visa versa the Pre-Trial Diversion be violated by the Probation.
