What is the name of your state? AZ

My husband responded to my Divorce Petition in the court but he did not send me a copy of the RESPONSE papers. Can I count this against him in the court?

Your post doesn't make sense. Did your husband file his response with the court, but not provide you with a copy? If so, the answer to your question is "Yes, you can hold it against him; but the court won't."
