What is the name of your state? Texas

I am in the process of building a website, the sole purpose of which is to give guys a forum in which to post the first name, a photo of a girl and photos of damage she has done, and stories of "psycho" things she has done.

I have an extensive Terms of Service page located here stating that the opinions posted are those of the poster and not the site and also that posters cannot post anything illegal.

In addition, I provide the girls who are posted about an avenue to have those posts removed.

Can I be brought into any defamation suit brought by one of the girls that is listed on the site?

Yes, of course.

Now, that doesn't mean that they would prevail, or be able to find you respnsible, but you could certainly be a party to a lawsuit, and you would have to defend yourself.

There's that and the fact the guy is never getting laid again if it becomes known that he's running this site.

OK...after a little digging I found this:

"No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as
the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider." 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(1).

So I could not be included in any suit, only those actually posting it could be. Thank you guys for the help.

You are mistaken. You CAN be named a party to a lawsuit. It doesn't mean that there would be any merit to the suit, but you can be sued.

OK...right, but I have no concern about that as I can easily have myself removed. I have no problem doing so.

Thanks for the clarification.

If you are allowing photos to be posted, don't count on having yourself removed from a lawsuit to be quite as easy as you expect. Especially if the picture is of a minor.
