What is the name of your state? ca

what is the exact number of days that the other party has to respond to a request for reduction in support. We go to court in 9 days and she still has not responded, I am beginging to wonder if she'll show up in court. What will happen if she doesn't show up, or respond?

My response:

She has 30 days to respond to the OSC. If she fails, then the court will make the decision without her input.
