What is the name of your state (only U.S.
WE have a harassment restaining order against a neighbor and she has one against us. She continues to harass us but we have been told she is not violating because she has to have contact. Aparently following us, taking our picture while in our yard, driving back and forth in front of our house at 2 mph pointing a camera at the windows, and filling false reports that she insist be sent to tne DA for prosicution is not harassment. My question is the Judge in the case reviewed the transcriots last week. Why would he, has someting gone to the DA I shoud worry about?

How do you know the Judge ask for these?

The web site for my state shows all actions taken by the court. fillings, orders, motions, ect. and the date of the action.

I would still like to find out if anyone knows why the judgs heard the transcripts? The case is closed. everyone has a restraining order against the other person.

Why not ask the court instead of on this forum?

No one here has a clue why unless their crystal ball has been freshly overhauled!
