What is the name of your state? Baltimore, MD

Just came back from a restaurant, where there was a 1" wood splinter in my food and I choked on it. Can I sue, and how do I go about it?

What medical treatment did you require? What are your injuries and your prognosis for recovery?

Did the restaurant charge you for the meal?

No one helped me, I was choking by myself, I administered help to my self and informed staff. I still have the splinter. Manager wasn't there. He was out. Are you able to recomend a lawyer in the baltimore MD area?

What exactly are you going to sue for? You weren't harmed and didn't even require medical attention. A lawyer won't take this case because there will be nothing in it for him/her.

You have no basis for a viable lawsuit. If you feel the need to take action, you can report them to the health department.
