I went to a well known rstaurant and my 8 year old daughter asked for a shake and got and Alcoholic shake instead. My 16 year old son wanted to try his little sisters drink and when he tried it he said it tasted funny. I then of course tried the drink and I contain alcohol. I told our server that I tasted like it had alcohol in it so he went to go ivestigate when he came back he said that it had Vodka in it. When my 8 year old daughter heard that she was served alcohol she started to cry and shake. Now my Daughter is scared to drink anything that is not from our house. She will not even go to a fast food restaurant with out crying and thinking someone is trying to posion her. I have to get her counseling now to asure her that no one is trying to hurt her or mess with her drinks. I want the restaurant to learn a lesson for what they have put my family through. Please tell me how much that you think that we should ask them to pay for the counseling and the pain that it has caused my family. They served two minors alcohol.

P.S. I was thinking of 15,000 because I saw an article that the same thing happened and they go 20,000 by settling out of court.

Oh geez a freak accident...and you want a lot of casholaaaaaaa......

So what kind of shake was it? And how could it be confused?

Oh well... why not sue... it will teach your daughter well.. that suing is not always the right thing to do.

Nope any kid that goes nuts like that has got to have some mental problems before this...that is just too wierd to belive.... and if you sue... Dont you think they will ask that too......I would!
