please help!!!

I am finished my 24 month sentence after pleading guilty to conspirarcy to commit securities fraud. It was a federal case and the judge imposed a hefty restitution. He ordered 10% of my gross income until it is paid.
My question is if I save money in my new career is that frozen, taken away, and put towards the judgement. If I receive assets from an inheritence what happens. What happens with my personal life insurance if I pass away, does my family get the money or does it go towards the restitution.

I also have civil judgement against me for a much smaller amount, is there a statute of limitations on that. Because I figure the Federal government will want there money first before the other guy.

If you can also give me the type of lawyer that might specialize in this type of work. My criminal lawyer was of no help

Thank You:

You'll probably just keep paying the 10% untill all your fines and restitution are paid in full. If you think that is a "hefty" amount.....you have never seen an alimony payment.
