I am so mad and frustrated. My husbands 9 year old childs mom has a domestic violence prevention RO on him, so now he can go see his child until the court date.

She has falsified every information on the RO. How can we prove that all she says is false. On the phone she told my husband that she wants him to do nothing with the child and she will do everything she can. (and she is.)

We cant affored a lawyer. he pays 400.00 a month on child support. she wants the money but she wont let him see her.

on the RO she is asking for no visitation until and after the hearing. Can that really happen?

the accusations is that he used to hit her and pull her hair and that he is violent. (not true) and she states these accusations happened over 10 years ago. My husband and I have been together for 8 years and have a 7 year old son and he has never ever hurt us.

Can my child and I go to court with him?

and can we ask out of pocket fees for all the thigs she is making us go through just for the fact that she does not want to let the child see his biological dad ?
what about the contempt of court for not abiding with the stipulation paper of visitation?

How can these people get away with these lies.

thank you for hearing me out.
