What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

Would like to know if I can get a restraining order against a 15 year old girl that my son (age 16 ) knows and she comes into our house all hours of the night to wake him up, so he can party with her. She has run away from her house several times and the police have found her in my son's room without our permission. She has refused to leave on several occasions so we had to call the police to have her removed. The police said that they can't charge her with anything even though we are starting to notice items missing. Please assist!

And your son is blameless in this situation?

What are the facts that you are NOT telling us?

*** Really easy to solve. LOCK YOUR FLIPPIN' DOORS at night.
And if your 16 year old 'angel' is letting her in, then whip HIS ass.

Amen. My parents sure would have given me "what for" if I were letting some runaway have access to our house. And if I were letting ANYONE in at night without their permission. OMG, I would have been grounded for the next decade!
