What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Delaware

Our son with multiple disabilities has been the subject of ongong harassment from being put down by a teacher, cornered by aministration to try to get him to state he didn't agree with his parents, school cheated on state tests in an effort to keep him from getting special education services, etc, etc.

He has been diagnosed with Post Traumatic STress Disorder.

Pscyh documented that he should not be around Spec Ed Director. School and DOE refuse to remove her from his educational team. The principal has a spec ed certificate so it should not interfere. They say they are keeping her "because that is her job".

We are supposed to meet in the morning for Eligibility for spec ed (after being denied umpteen times, they hired a speech therapist to work with him to proove he did not need help.....well, she sent us and the school a report this week after having worked with him all summer...she 100% states he needs help and even more problems than we knew).

Our son is 16, and wants to go to his own meeting as afforded him the right under the law. They refuse to remove her just out of pure stubborness. We can't allow him to go knowing it may make his PTSD worse.

We have an OCR complaint, but it is taking forever. Anyone know what the implications of filing a restraining order would be?

Thanks!
