I have remodeling customer that will not pay the bill, when I asked for the money, they called the police and said that I broke in .
Later, when I filed a lien and started a forclosure process, they filed a restraiing order and now I have to go to a hearing on friday.
Do I need to pay a lawyer to represent me at the hearing? This will cost me a lot, and I do not wish to go near the people anyway.
I do not want any police records about me.

Well that amount is peanuts if you want to clear your name.
Unless you did break into their home. In you post you stated that they called the police on you but you did not deny that this action was committed. If I am correct, make a deal with the people to drop all action in exchange for you waiving the amount due to you. Two wrongs don't make a right.
