How long do they last & what would be a ridiculous reason for one? I.E. to defer a damage to personal property (mine) that happened on their property. (My car was beat up by the new girlfriend of the ex-husband. I went to pick up her son (my friends, the ex-wife) & when she became mad after we are all leaving she hit and kicked my car repeatedly. It caused close to 2,000.00 to fix.) Now we are dealing with tresspassing & lately a restraining order...
Thanks,
Tawny
