Hi! I am 18 years old and I have been threatened by somone 2 times and the person has threatened someone else.....and she is trying to set me up (saying that i am the one that is doing all the stuff she is doing) and i was just wondering if I am able to get a restraining order on someone if they havent physically harmed me .....if she only threatened me? I am afraid for my life....please help!.....thanks.....april

My response:

Yes, absolutely. Anytime you are in fear for life or safety, you are entitled to a Restraining Order. Go get one on Monday.
