Refuse to lift judgement after Bankruptcy Stay

What is the name of your state? PA

I posted awhile back to find out if it was legal to levy a joint account when the judgement is in just one name. I found out through many attorneys this this is illegal if the judgement is in one name and the account is a joint account. However, my spouse if filing bankruptcy, and by the Federal Law the judgement must be lifted. and again, However, the collection agency is refusing to lift the levy. We do have an attorney, I don't think he is very aggressive in the matter. Any suggestions on a letter that might be out there that I can send via fax and certified mail to the creditior's attorneys that I am aware they are violationing an automatic stay?
