What is the name of your state? Massachusettes
Uncontested divorce 01/02. We still have not divided retirement funds. Can we do a qualified Domestic Relations Order on our own with the proper forms as we did our divorce. It is a clear and simply addition of all funds that will be distributed equally. He has 2 different IRA's both that were from jobs (401K's) I have a traditional IRA and state retirement fund. His is substantially more than mine and we need to transfer a said amount from his retirement to my name. thanks

My response:

Why wasn't this handled prior to the court's decree of dissolution?

Did the court "reserve jurisdiction" of property division?
