I placed an order online for a "15 day trial" supply of ColonAid700. I had to check that I accepted their terms and conditions to place the order. They are long, but I will include them here so that you can see what my problem is.

To return a product for an exchange or refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the billing department at [email protected].

You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.

Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. THey state they will refund "all" shipments with an RMA#. I have tried 3 times to get an RMA # and keep getting the run around that I did not cancel within the 15 day timeframe and that is why I got the auto shipment and my credit card got charged. I do not like the product. I do not want it. I have not opened the 2 bottles included in the auto shipment and want to return it for a refund. I am aware that I would have to eat the shipping charges, but don't they have to honor their statement "We have a 15-day satisfaction guarantee return policy on all shipments."? Or am I out the $88.
