I moved out of my apartment 5 weeks ago and still have not received my security deposit from my landlord. I have contacted him twice and sent two letters. What is the law in Delaware as to the time a landlord has to return a security deposit? My rent was up to date and the apartment was in good order. I left 2 weeks early at the landlords request because the apartment was sold and settlement was on the 20th of the month.
