Im stuck in a car loan on a car that, although very reliable, is more expensive than its worth. Problem is that, in Florida, you have to have comp and collision insurance on a financed car. I couldnt affor comp and collision, only had basic insurance, and got into a wreck. Because the wreck was my fault, I didnt get any money for it to be fixed. If I turn in a damaged car, am I liable to have it fixed? Can I be sued?
