In a pending DWI case (false accusation but not going to get into that).

During arragnment the DA revealed a sealed youthful offender in open court. The charge and the fact that it was Youthful Offender was revealed to all people present in the court room, and that was a lot.

I have found the law which is under the NY Consolidated laws, Criminal Procedure article 720. The violation was under 720.35 which is the disclosure.

Does anyone know of any cases in which any party was sued or charged criminally for revealing such private information. Or how to find it?

The correct answer would depend on if the court in fact found you a 'youthful offender' under FJDA. Section 720.35(1) of the New York Criminal Procedure Law, N.Y. Crim. Proc. Law § 720.20(3), or N.Y. Crim. Proc. Law §§ 720.10(4), 720.20(3).
