I had water damage to my car which my insurance did cover. However, that was three months ago. During the repair, the mechanic damaged another part and has been making excuses about "other" issues that are causing my car not to be properly repaired to where it is driveable again. Is there such a thing as a reverse mechanics lein? I'm not looking for an out-of-pocket expense, but enough is enough and I need my car back.
