What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Hello,

I'm trying to find more information about a reverse discrimination case that took place 8-10 years ago in Chicago. The interesting thing about this case was that a man was getting sued for only hiring old people... It was featured on 20/20, but I can't remember the case name or who was involved. If you have any more information about this please let me know.....

I know this is broad, but any help would be awesome...

Thanks so much.

There is no such thing as "reverse discrimination" and age discrimination is only illegal if it is because of age over 40 - it is legal to discriminate because someone is too young. So I suspect the person suing based on that went home empty handed.
