This is going to seem very odd. I sold a vehicle on eBay 2 months ago. Vehicle price was 10,000. I kept very good contact with buyer, and he intended on shipping. I exchanged numerous emails, and called him regularly, My phone records would indicate this. He never ever called me.

He was indicating he was trying to get vehicle shipped.
2 Months have passed. I have money. And I have vehicle. We are still on good terms I just havent talked to him in a month. His phone is disconnected and he doesnt answer emails. What is the legality of this is he doesnt pick up vehicle? Also title+ bill of sale was never sent due to it has to be in vehicle when it is shipped.
The deal didnt go sour it is almost as if he has died.

you have an interesting problem

but it is not the first time it has happened, I know many people that have "sold" the same car twice (or more than twice!) for the very same reasons you describe.

someone buys the car, pays for it, but never picks it up. Its very weird.

Did you have any wording in the eBay listing about how long a period of time you would be willing to hang on to the vehicle or store it or any time period the buyer should pick the vehicle up?
