i was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to get a change of venue because the majastrate that has been hearing my case is father biased. he didn't allow half of my testimony into record and then gave custody to my ex, now i can't get my lawyer to request a change or do anything about it and can't find another that i think would help me, does anyone have advice? it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Sorry about that first response. Have you tried going to the courthouse library or seeking legal aid. there are alot of advantages and disvantages about getting custody of child. if you want custody you have to prove that the mother is unfit, like if she denies you visitation is it court ordered? try calling the police and filing a complaint. try to get enough to be able to get custody. But have you really talking to your ex, if you want to avoid a nasty battle, try shared parenting, but whatever you decide, think of the child first.
